Job Details :
Responsible for the management of the company’s financial and accounting operations.
Ensure accurate and systematic recording of financial transactions.
Prepare financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow) periodically.
Conduct bank reconciliations and related accounts.
Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Coordinate with other finance and accounting teams.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
Conduct financial report analysis to provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop and improve financial systems and procedures.
Supervise and coach finance and accounting staff.
Provide financial data and information for management purposes.

Communication must be in active English.
Use of accounting software (Accurate, Cortex, SAP, etc)

Kualifikasi :
Female, Minimum age 25 years, Maximum 45 years.
Minimum education D3 / S1 Accounting (preferred) or related field.
Active English, TOEFL 450-550, TOEIC 600 / Daily conversation.
Minimum 3 years experience in finance and accounting, with minimum experience as Supervisor preferred.
Proficient in using accounting software (eg: Accurate, Cortex, SAP, etc.).
Able to operate computer programs (MS Office, especially Excel).
Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Careful, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently or in a team
