Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our multinational Real Estate/ Office Building companies, in looking for Office Leasing Sales Professional to drive tenant acquisition and relationship management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields

• Hold HSK Level 4 certification or above

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in real estate or leasing)

• Proficient in English communication (verbal + written)

• Strong interest in growing within the premium commercial real estate sector

• Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and relationship-building

• Experience working with high-end office properties or multinational tenants

Responsibilities:

• Approach Chinese companies and other foreign tenants to promote premium office spaces 

• Support the full leasing cycle from prospecting, client visits, proposal preparation, to signing contracts 

• Conduct basic market research and maintain an up-to-date client list 

• Coordinate with internal departments for move-in processes and client support 

• Assist in organizing property tours and promotional activities targeted at the Chinese-speaking market
