Job description KOL Specialist
Requirements :
At least 2 years of experience as KOL Specialist/Relations or related job.
Have good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills and high creativity (verbal/written).
Responsible and able to adapt quickly
Have experience to handle end to end cooperation with KOL/Artist.
Familiar and updated with social media platform trends and algorithms especially TikTok, Instagram Responsibilities:
Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting campaigns involving KOLs every month.
Build good relationships and communication with KOLs and third parties to collaborate / cooperate to increase brand awareness.
Negotiate scope of work and budget with KOL to achieve brand campaign objectives.
Analyze KOL personas, engagement and determine KOLs that are suitable for the campaign that the brand is running.
Understand community standards and current market trends.
Provide accurate time estimates on content created and served.
Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOLs on requirements, timelines and achievable results.
Report, analyze, present & create weekly, monthly and annual reports on KOL/third party engagement data reporting.
Conduct briefings related to selling points (product knowledge) with KOL / Influencers to increase product sales revenue.
Conceptualise and manage demand driving strategies, executives and event creation involving influencers and KOLs.
