Haquhara is a beauty company who provides products that embody professionalism and innovation for all Makeup Artist and Beauty Enthusiast. We are currently looking for General Affairs to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Overseeing daily office operations by handling office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
– Keeping the office in good shape by arranging maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
– Arranging travel logistics for employees on business trip.
– Ensuring security protocols and safety measures to protect employees, visitors, and company assets.
– Organizing company events and meetings.
– Maintaining and organizing company records, documents, and files.
– Assisting to manage expenses related to office operations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor Degree from any major
– Minimum 1 year working in a similar position (General Affairs, Office Administration)
– Have the capability to GA Administration
– An initiative, attention to details, responsive and responsible person
– Able to operate Ms Office and Google Suites
– Able to work on-site (Head Office: Bandung)
