Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses

  • Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business suc as market research, service quality, audit, etc

  • Perform administrative tasks involcing partner’s account (credit top-up, changes in partner’s information, etc)

Requirements:

  • Min D3 any major With GPA 2,75

  • Willing to work in the shifting schedule

  • Strong Ms. Excel skills

  • Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%

  • Good analytical skill

  • Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa

  • Fast response, effective and efficient in working

  • Able to work within dynamic environment

  • Able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English
