Tavern Group hiring for Cost Control

Job Description:

1. Budget validation & verification

2. Reviewers to ensure the correctness of every transaction (especially spending/purchasing transactions)

3. Organize and carry out the inventory process every month

4. Cooperate with Purchasing in terms of purchasing the price of goods and receiving goods

5. Check purchase orders (PO)

6. Carry out inventory or calculate all items every month and make monthly reports (Cost of product)

7. Supervise and ensure that goods leaving the store must attach a complete store request document (Quantity request item, Stock on hand, date, name, and signature)

8. Check all supporting documents for purchases (Purchase orders, purchase requests, Market lists, cash purchases) for all types of purchases

9. Preventing over-budget or over-target cost overruns (coordinating with the Finance team)

Requirements:

1. Male

2. Max 27

3. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field.

4. Master in data analyst, detail, advance excel skills & time management.

5. Experience: perform a regular basis inventory stock audit, performance analysis on sales and operations activities, review actual result with budget, cost monitor and control.
