What You’ll Do:
• Lead and over see daily kitchen operations with creativity and precision
• Design and develop seasonal and signature menus
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff and foster a strong team environment
• Monitor food cost, inventory, and waste management efficiently
• Collaborate with management for continuous improvement and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as Executive Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef, CDP (min. 4 years)
• Expertise in international and local cuisines (experience with Middle Eastern or Moroccan cuisine is a plus) • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills • A passion for excellence and culinary artistry
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
